Marketplace role

LUSSO presents luxury, exotic, performance and collector cars offered by independent specialist dealers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, LUSSO does not own the vehicles, sell them, take payment for them, provide warranties or act as a party to a vehicle sale.

A contract for a vehicle is made directly between the buyer and the relevant dealer. Users must review and agree all commercial, delivery, registration, tax and warranty terms with that dealer.

Vehicle information

Listing information is based on dealer-provided or independently referenced data and may change. Price, mileage, specification, condition, ownership history, availability and location must be confirmed with the dealer before making a decision.

Images are illustrative of the listed vehicle where supplied. Screen colour, cropping and image processing can affect how paint and materials appear.

Independent dealers

Dealers shown on LUSSO are independent businesses. Their profile, stock and contact information do not create an employment, agency, partnership or fiduciary relationship with LUSSO.

Enquiries about a specific vehicle are directed to the listing dealer. LUSSO may receive a copy when a live enquiry service is enabled, as explained in the Privacy Notice.

Finance calculator

The finance calculator provides an indicative mathematical estimate. It is not an offer, quote, approval, recommendation or commitment to provide credit. LUSSO is not a lender or credit broker.

Finance availability, APR, fees, eligibility and binding terms come from the dealer or its financing partner.

Acceptable use

You must not:

use the site unlawfully or fraudulently;
attempt to bypass security or access private systems;
submit false, abusive or misleading enquiries;
copy or republish listings at scale without permission;
interfere with the availability or operation of the site;
use automated access in a way that creates excessive load.

Intellectual property

The LUSSO brand, interface, original copy, normalized data presentation and site code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Vehicle images, dealer marks and manufacturer marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and marketplace presentation.

Availability and changes

LUSSO may correct listings, change features, suspend access or remove material when necessary. The site is provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that every page will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Operator and governing terms

The operator's legal name, registered address, public contact channel and governing law have not yet been provided for the preview. These terms are therefore not ready for production publication and will be updated before launch.
