The 250 had a sprung frame and the first hydraulic telescopic front fork seen in Italy. A 350 derived from the 250 joined it in 1950 and approached 150 km/h.
MM was founded in Bologna in 1924 by Mario Mazzetti, Alfonso Morini, Angelo Mattei and Giuseppe Massi-Mazzi, and was declared bankrupt in 1957.
