1958 Aston Martin DB Mark III for Sale in Germany

This 1958 Aston Martin DB Mark III is a used car showing 63,430 km. It is powered by a 2,901 cm³ petrol engine rated at 162 PS (119 kW). It is equipped with a manual transmission. The car is finished in Green metallic with a Light brown interior. It is a 4-seat car.

The last and most developed form of the DB2/4 line, the Mark III took its winged grille from the DB3S racer and gained a dashboard drawn to match. This right-hand-drive coupé left the works with overdrive and front disc brakes, and its build sheet records Pacific Blue paint with off-white Connolly hide.

Supplied new in London in July 1958 by the Aston Martin agent H W Motors, it went back to an Aston Martin agent in August 1966 to be overhauled and rebuilt. By 2004 it carried Dutch registration; restored and refinished since in Aston Martin green with light brown leather, it was bought by its present owner from a marque specialist. A copy of the factory build sheet and the jack are included.

The car is located in Düsseldorf, Germany.

FAQ

This Aston Martin DB Mark III in the European market

Is this Aston Martin priced above or below the European market?

At €169,500, it sits below the median of €200,572 for the 220 Aston Martin advertised in Europe in 2026. 33% of them are advertised for less. Asking prices are not transaction prices, and specification differences explain much of the spread.

Can this Aston Martin be bought in Germany and registered elsewhere in Europe?

The car is located in Düsseldorf, Germany. The dealer quotes it as: VAT included and not reclaimable: sold under the margin scheme. Cross-border purchase is normal for this kind of car, but the documentation, the certificate of conformity, transport and the registration rules of the destination country all have to be settled with the selling dealer first.

How much did this Aston Martin DB Mark III cost new?

The manufacturer's base list price was €6,399 in the United States, excluding options. This car is advertised at €169,500, 2549% above that figure. A list price is the launch price of the version without options, so a heavily specified car left the factory above it, and it says nothing about what the car is worth today. That 1959 list price is converted to euros with no adjustment for inflation.

How does the mileage of this Aston Martin compare?

63,430 km recorded, against a median of 8,475 km across the Aston Martin advertised in Europe in 2026. It is therefore among the higher-mileage cars currently listed. Service records and ownership details should be checked against the documents held by the selling dealer.

Which other Aston Martin are priced closest to this one?

a 1958 car in the Netherlands at €169,500, and a 2023 car in the United Kingdom at €169,590. Observed in 2026. Comparing them means putting model year, mileage, factory options and the VAT basis side by side before the price itself.

Who is selling this Aston Martin DB Mark III, and how does a purchase work?

Movendi, a professional dealer in Düsseldorf, Germany. LUSSO lists the car and passes enquiries to that dealer; the inspection, the negotiation, the invoice and the transfer of ownership all take place directly between the buyer and the dealer. LUSSO does not hold stock, take deposits or act as an intermediary in payment.

Can this Aston Martin DB Mark III be inspected before purchase?

The car is at Düsseldorf, Germany, and an inspection is arranged with the selling dealer. Buyers based in another country commonly appoint an independent inspector or a marque specialist rather than travel. Ask the dealer for the service record, the number of previous owners and any accident history, with supporting documents for the information stated in the listing.
