This 1988 Lamborghini Countach 5000 QV is a used car showing 23,094 km. It is equipped with a manual transmission. The car is finished in Rosso with a Tan interior.
Chassis JLA12397 left Sant'Agata on 22 July 1988 and is thought to be one of only 17 right-hand-drive Quattrovalvoles with side skirts. Its Rosso paint and tan hide piped in black came with a rare set of extras, all still fitted: a sports exhaust, a rear wing with tell-tale lamps in its end plates, chrome badges and sill plates, a chrome bull facing the passenger, and burgundy leather on the wheel rim, gearknob and shift gate.
Portman Concessionaires sold it new to a British businessman, whose third Countach of four it was. Resold through Stratton Motor Company at under 2,000 km, it added some 19,000 km with collectors before being laid up in 1998. A 2010 cosmetic restoration brought a full engine and gearbox overhaul, a new clutch, rebuilt ancillaries and a Larini exhaust with new manifolds. Three more owners followed before Furlonger placed it in 2025 with a collection of limited-series supercars, where it came out only for events; Furlonger's workshops have just completed fresh work on it.
The car is located in Ashford, United Kingdom.

FAQ
At £899,990, about €1,049,918, it sits above the median of €304,900 for the 525 Lamborghini advertised in Europe in 2026. 97% of them are advertised for less. Asking prices are not transaction prices, and specification differences explain much of the spread.
The car is located in Ashford, United Kingdom. The dealer has not stated whether the price is quoted gross, net of VAT for export, or under the margin scheme. Cross-border purchase is normal for this kind of car, but the documentation, the certificate of conformity, transport and the registration rules of the destination country all have to be settled with the selling dealer first.
The manufacturer's base list price was €119,898 in Germany, excluding options. This car is advertised at £899,990, with no VAT basis stated by the seller, so no percentage comparison is given. A list price is the launch price of the version without options, so a heavily specified car left the factory above it, and it says nothing about what the car is worth today. That 1986 list price is converted to euros with no adjustment for inflation.
23,094 km recorded, against a median of 7,623 km across the Lamborghini advertised in Europe in 2026. It is therefore among the higher-mileage cars currently listed. Service records and ownership details should be checked against the documents held by the selling dealer.
a 2021 car in the United Kingdom at €1,052,982, and a 2008 car in Germany at €1,080,000. Observed in 2026. Comparing them means putting model year, mileage, factory options and the VAT basis side by side before the price itself.
