Ferrari launched the California at the 2008 Paris motor show as a fourth model line, the first Ferrari with a folding metal hard top and a 2+2 layout at the front-engined entry level. Its 4,297 cc naturally aspirated F136 V8, the first Ferrari engine with direct injection, gives 460 PS (338 kW) at 7,750 rpm and 485 Nm, sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed Getrag dual-clutch gearbox, also a first for the brand. It was built until 2014, when the California T replaced it.
This example was registered in June 2011 and shows 53,000 km. It is finished in Bianco Avus with black leather and Alcantara inside and carries the carbon racing seats. The seller reports a new service at Ferrari, and the photographs show the dual-clutch controls on the centre console.
The options include Giallo Modena brake callipers, carbon fibre for the driver zone, centre console, front spoiler, outer sill trims and rear licence plate surround, Scuderia Ferrari shields on the wings, black pillars, 20-inch diamond-polished sport wheels, an Alcantara-trimmed windscreen frame, coloured stitching, MagneRide dual-mode dampers, cruise control, parking sensors, tyre pressure monitoring, an auto-dimming mirror, a dashboard cup holder and the Ferrari iPod connection.

The manufacturer's base list price was €176,200 in Germany, excluding options. This car is advertised at €139,900, 21% below it. A list price is the launch price of the version without options, so a heavily specified car left the factory above it, and it says nothing about what the car is worth today.
53,000 km recorded, against a median of 52,774 km across the Ferrari California advertised in Europe in 2026. It is therefore among the higher-mileage cars currently listed. Service records and ownership details should be checked against the documents held by the selling dealer.
