This 2025 Rolls-Royce Spectre is the first electric car of the marque, shown in October 2022 and built at Goodwood, and the first of a range that is to be entirely electric by 2030. It takes over from the Wraith as the two-door of the line. Two electric motors, one on each axle, are fed by a 102 kWh battery and give 585 PS (430 kW) and 900 Nm, with a single-speed reduction on each axle and all-wheel drive; Rolls-Royce quotes 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and a limited 250 km/h. The aluminium spaceframe is thirty per cent stiffer than any Rolls-Royce before it, the battery doubles as sound insulation, and the doors close themselves.
