This 2027 Rolls-Royce Phantom Extended is the long-wheelbase version of the eighth Phantom in its Series II form, revealed in 2022. The Phantom VIII arrived in 2017 as the first car on the aluminium Architecture of Luxury that Rolls-Royce built for itself, and the Extended adds 220 mm between the axles, all of it given to the rear compartment. Its 6,749 cc twin-turbocharged V12 develops 571 PS (420 kW) at 5,000 rpm and 900 Nm from 1,700 rpm, limited to 250 km/h, with a ZF eight-speed automatic driving the rear wheels and four-wheel steering.
The car offered by VIP Motors in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is a European-specification, left-hand-drive example that the dealer presents at zero kilometres, with 55 km on the odometer, and describes as fully loaded. It is finished in black, with the chrome grille, the Spirit of Ecstasy, a chrome waistline and polished disc wheels around the self-righting RR centre caps.
Inside, cream leather piped in black covers four seats. The rear compartment has two individual seats divided by a console with a cooled compartment, picnic tables with screens in the front seat backs and a Starlight headliner, while the Gallery across the dashboard holds a clock. The equipment the dealer ticks on the listing is given below, followed by what the photographs show.
