The 3,982 cm³ twin-turbo V8 is quoted by the dealer at 730 PS, 537 kW, through a seven speed dual clutch gearbox. The Black Series is the hard version of the AMG GT, built around a flat plane crankshaft that replaced the cross plane crank of the standard M177 and gave AMG its most powerful V8.
