The Land Rover Defender OCTA is the most powerful Defender built to date. Revealed in 2024 and sold only with the five-door 110 body, it uses a 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 with 48-volt mild-hybrid assistance, rated at 635 PS (467 kW) and 750 Nm, an eight-speed ZF automatic gearbox and permanent four-wheel drive. The D7x aluminium monocoque gains tracks widened by 68 mm and the hydraulically interlinked 6D Dynamics suspension.
