This Shelby Cobra 427 S/C Completion is a used car. It is equipped with a manual transmission. The car is finished in Guardsman Blue with a Black interior.
CSX3058 is neither an original 1965 car nor a later continuation: it is one of nine 'Completion' cars Shelby American assembled in the 1990s with a noted Cobra restorer, on chassis numbers unused in 1965. Third of the nine, it runs a 427 side-oiler built in period, has the safety changes of the series and still wears its original colours: Guardsman Blue, white Le Mans stripes and a black cabin.
It was commissioned for a vice chairman of Sony Trading Group and is the car that Gran Turismo 2 reproduced in 1999, the first time a 427 Cobra could be driven in the game. One of the last Cobras Carroll Shelby oversaw himself, it bears his signature and comes with a factory build photo album, invoices and photographs. Driven only in warm, dry weather, it is now offered publicly in Britain for the first time.
The car is located in Ashford, United Kingdom.

At £974,990, about €1,137,413, it sits above the median of €212,215 for the 6 Shelby advertised in Europe in 2026. 83% of them are advertised for less. Asking prices are not transaction prices, and specification differences explain much of the spread.
The car is located in Ashford, United Kingdom. The dealer has not stated whether the price is quoted gross, net of VAT for export, or under the margin scheme. Cross-border purchase is normal for this kind of car, but the documentation, the certificate of conformity, transport and the registration rules of the destination country all have to be settled with the selling dealer first.

Simon Furlonger, a professional dealer in Ashford, United Kingdom. LUSSO lists the car and passes enquiries to that dealer; the inspection, the negotiation, the invoice and the transfer of ownership all take place directly between the buyer and the dealer. LUSSO does not hold stock, take deposits or act as an intermediary in payment.
The car is at Ashford, United Kingdom, and an inspection is arranged with the selling dealer. Buyers based in another country commonly appoint an independent inspector or a marque specialist rather than travel. Ask the dealer for the service record, the number of previous owners and any accident history, with supporting documents for the information stated in the listing.
LUSSO republishes what the selling dealer advertises, and a car in demand is sometimes reserved or sold before the dealer updates its own site. Confirm current availability with Simon Furlonger before travelling or committing funds. An enquiry sent from this page reaches that dealer directly.
A cross-border registration normally requires the vehicle registration document, the certificate of conformity or an equivalent type-approval record, the purchase invoice showing the VAT treatment, and proof that any tax due in the destination country has been settled. Temporary export plates and transport insurance are arranged either by the dealer or by the buyer. Requirements differ by country and should be confirmed with the selling dealer before payment.
