The structure is a carbon fibre monofuselage, the front structure forged in carbon, and it is stiffer than the Aventador's by a quarter. The Revuelto is the first Lamborghini plug-in hybrid, its 3.8 kWh battery sitting in the central tunnel, and thirteen drive modes come from four powertrain settings crossed with three chassis ones.

Lamborghini has built its cars at Sant'Agata Bolognese since 1963 and keeps two lines: the V12 flagship, from the Miura to the Revuelto, and the V10 that ran from the Gallardo to the Huracán. Since the Sián of 2019 the V12 has carried a 48-volt hybrid system.
