The 3,982 cm³ twin-turbo V8 is quoted by the dealer at 820 PS, 603 kW, through an automatic gearbox, against 585 PS for the standard G 63. The source states the car is based on a Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG and converted to a three axle pickup, which is not a factory configuration in this generation: Mercedes built its own 6x6 in the previous G-Class and never repeated it.

The Gronos body is exposed carbon almost everywhere: the engine bonnet, the front fenders with air outlets, mirror covers, A-pillar covers, a roof panel with four position lights, door handles, wheel arches with LEDs, D-pillar covers, rear light covers, the engine cover, an exhaust cover, and a full carbon flatbed developed for the loading area. The front bumper carries updated LED daytime running lights, the grille logo is illuminated, the rear lights are smoked and replace the originals.

The load area is equipped rather than decorative: a soft teak floor, an LED bar, spotlights, a black roll bar and a rear protective bar. A five tonne cable winch is fitted at the front, with long electric side steps, widened running boards with LED lighting at both ends and a soft close system on all four doors.

Inside, an individualised interior with a carbon steering wheel, carbon shift knob and paddles, a carbon front centre console, a carbon trim set, illuminated entrance panels and individualised leather floor mats.
