The Cullinan is the Rolls-Royce SUV, launched in 2018 on the aluminium spaceframe the marque calls the Architecture of Luxury, and the Series II is its 2024 revision. The 6,749 cm³ twin-turbocharged V12 is quoted by the dealer at 544 PS, 400 kW; Rolls-Royce quotes 571 PS for the Cullinan and 600 PS for the Black Badge, and both attributions are given here as published.

This is the hardest of the four Mansory Cullinan in this stock and the only one whose engine has been touched. Mansory quotes a performance box taking the car to 720 hp and 1,050 Nm, against a stated standard of 600 hp and 900 Nm, and the dealer publishes 721 PS, 530 kW, in the technical data. The other three Mansory cars here keep the factory output.

Mansory works from Brand in Upper Franconia and its Cullinan programme is a full wide body: the widening kit, an engine bonnet with an exposed bar, an exposed front grille frame, front fenders, a roof spoiler, a D-pillar panel, a rear decklid spoiler and a rear panel with an illuminated logo, with a sport exhaust muffler matched to the wide body, an exhaust remote control, lowering suspension, black metal entrance panels and door welcome lights.

On this car the body is carried out in gloss exposed carbon throughout rather than in painted panels: front bumper, body extensions, rear bumper, engine bonnet, front grille frame and panel, D-pillar panel with logo badge, roof spoiler, rear decklid spoiler and engine cover, with daytime running lights and ambient lighting worked into the front bumper, illuminated front fenders, an illuminated rear panel and B-pillar mirrors with illuminated logos.

Inside, the Emperor Signature interior is an Alcantara and leather kit with a leather and carbon sport steering wheel, carbon interior trims, a logo headliner, logo seatbelts, a logo headrest pillow set, Alcantara floor and boot mats, a decorated boot house, illuminated entrance panels, a carbon pedal set with illuminated logo and floating wheel caps. The factory order underneath runs to individual rear seats with a fixed middle console, front and rear massage seats, front ventilated seats, the rear theatre configuration, Rolls-Royce Bespoke Audio, picnic tables, automatic door close, an illuminated fascia, the ambient air package, parking assistant Plus and active cruise control with stop and go.

At 1,345,000 EUR it is the second dearest Rolls-Royce in this stock, behind only the armoured and stretched car.
