AC Cobra 378 for Sale

The car keeps an original-style four-inch round tube ladder frame, with race-specification brakes and multi-link suspension, for about 1,100 kg. It is part-assembled in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, and completed in the United Kingdom. The cabin is finished by hand in leather.

AC Cars was founded in 1901 and worked at Thames Ditton for over 70 years, where the Cobra was born in 1962 when Carroll Shelby and AC fitted a 4.2-litre V8 into the Ace. The company introduced the 378 Superblower in 2021, its 120th anniversary year.
