1999 Porsche 911 GT3 R for Sale in Germany

This 1999 Porsche 911 GT3 R is a used car. It is powered by a petrol engine rated at 460 PS (338 kW). It is equipped with a manual transmission. The car is finished in Red with yellow stripes with a Black interior.

Freisinger Motorsport took delivery of this GT3 R in December 1999, one of the cars built to 2000 model-year specification. Larbre Compétition then ran it at the 2000 24 Hours of Le Mans for Christophe Bouchut, Patrice Goueslard and Jean-Luc Chéreau; the seller says it qualified on class pole, and it retired when an accident happened just ahead of it.

It went on to FIA GT rounds in 2000 and 2001, from Magny-Cours, the Lausitzring and Monza to Brno, Silverstone, Zolder, Spa, Jarama and the Nürburgring, and finished 22nd in the 2002 Spa 24 Hours. In collectors' hands since 2006, it has raced occasionally at Spa and Paul Ricard, and it is eligible for historic endurance series such as Masters Endurance Legends and Endurance Racing Legends.

The car is located in Düsseldorf, Germany.

FAQ

This Porsche 911 GT3 R in the European market

Is this Porsche priced above or below the European market?

At €245,000, it sits above the median of €164,900 for the 701 Porsche advertised in Europe in 2026. 77% of them are advertised for less. Asking prices are not transaction prices, and specification differences explain much of the spread.

Can this Porsche be bought in Germany and registered elsewhere in Europe?

The car is located in Düsseldorf, Germany. The dealer has not stated whether the price is quoted gross, net of VAT for export, or under the margin scheme. Cross-border purchase is normal for this kind of car, but the documentation, the certificate of conformity, transport and the registration rules of the destination country all have to be settled with the selling dealer first.

Which other Porsche are priced closest to this one?

a 2020 car in the Netherlands at €244,992, and a 2023 car in Germany at €243,613. Observed in 2026. Comparing them means putting model year, mileage, factory options and the VAT basis side by side before the price itself.

Who is selling this Porsche 911 GT3 R, and how does a purchase work?

Movendi, a professional dealer in Düsseldorf, Germany. LUSSO lists the car and passes enquiries to that dealer; the inspection, the negotiation, the invoice and the transfer of ownership all take place directly between the buyer and the dealer. LUSSO does not hold stock, take deposits or act as an intermediary in payment.

Can this Porsche 911 GT3 R be inspected before purchase?

The car is at Düsseldorf, Germany, and an inspection is arranged with the selling dealer. Buyers based in another country commonly appoint an independent inspector or a marque specialist rather than travel. Ask the dealer for the service record, the number of previous owners and any accident history, with supporting documents for the information stated in the listing.

Is this Porsche 911 GT3 R still available?

LUSSO republishes what the selling dealer advertises, and a car in demand is sometimes reserved or sold before the dealer updates its own site. Confirm current availability with Movendi before travelling or committing funds. An enquiry sent from this page reaches that dealer directly.

What is needed to register this car if it does not stay in Germany?

A cross-border registration normally requires the vehicle registration document, the certificate of conformity or an equivalent type-approval record, the purchase invoice showing the VAT treatment, and proof that any tax due in the destination country has been settled. Temporary export plates and transport insurance are arranged either by the dealer or by the buyer. Requirements differ by country and should be confirmed with the selling dealer before payment.
