The GTA and GTAm were announced in March 2020 for the marque's 110th anniversary, 500 cars in all; the GTAm deletes the rear seats for a roll bar, adds carbon bucket seats and a larger rear wing, and claims 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds.

Alfa Romeo was founded at Milan in 1910 and has raced almost without interruption since, taking the first two Formula One world championships in 1950 and 1951. Its road cars have carried the quadrifoglio, painted on Ugo Sivocci's car at the 1923 Targa Florio, on the fastest of the range ever since.
