The 2023 facelift took the V6 from 510 to 520 PS and replaced the torque vectoring at the rear axle with a mechanical limited-slip differential, with revised adaptive dampers. Bonnet and roof are carbon fibre. The Super Sport of May 2024, 275 saloons marking Alfa Romeo's first Mille Miglia win in 1928, adds an Akrapovič exhaust, a clover badge on a black background and red carbon fibre in the cabin.

Alfa Romeo builds the Giulia, Type 952, at its Cassino plant in Lazio. The facelift was announced in late 2022 and sold from 2023 with matrix LED headlamps and a digital instrument panel, the Quadrifoglio heading the range.
