Bentley Continental R for Sale

The Mulliner answered customers who wanted the power of the Continental T in the R, whose wheelbase is 4 in (102 mm) longer to the benefit of rear passengers. It keeps the self-levelling hydraulic suspension of the Continental R, the first Bentley since 1965 with a body not shared with a Rolls-Royce, drawn by John Heffernan and Ken Greenley. Introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1999, the Continental R Mulliner was built in 131 examples until 2003.

Built at Crewe on the Rolls-Royce SZ platform, the Continental R was the last car on that base when production ended in 2003.
