About the Dallara Stradale

The structure is a hollow carbon fibre tub with solid carbon side structures and aluminium subframes front and rear; the car is sold as a doorless barchetta, a targa, a roadster or a berlinetta with gullwing doors. The dry weight is 855 kg, and Dallara set out to build no more than six hundred cars in five years.

Dallara has built racing cars in Varano de' Melegari since 1972 and supplies the chassis for IndyCar, Formula 2 and Formula 3, as well as the tubs of several road cars for other makers. The Stradale, shown in 2017, is the first car to carry the founder's own name.
