Mercedes-AMG G 65 for Sale

The G-Class keeps its body-on-frame construction and three fully locking differentials, a feature very few passenger vehicles share. The AMG versions of 2012 add revised suspension and damper settings and six-piston fixed calipers at the front, and Mercedes gives the G 65 a kerb weight of 2,581 kg. The long station wagon rides on a 2,850 mm wheelbase. The 2012 update brought an instrument panel and centre console adapted from the M-Class, with the screen moved to the top of the dashboard, and the G 65 is told apart from the G 63 by V12 BITURBO badges on the front wings, the floor mats and the seat backs.

Introduced in 2012 alongside the G 63 AMG and on sale in Europe from 2013, the G 65 AMG sat at the top of the G-Class range built at Graz by Magna Steyr. It is one of the few V12 sport utility vehicles after the Lamborghini LM002, was renamed Mercedes-AMG G 65 for 2016 and ended in 2018 with 65 Final Edition cars.
