About the Mercedes-AMG GT Roadster

The structure is an aluminium spaceframe with a magnesium front deck, the engine set behind the front axle and the gearbox over the rear one. The Roadster carries a three-layer fabric roof that folds in eleven seconds up to 50 km/h, and cross bracing behind the seats in place of the coupé's roof.
