Aston Martin DB5 for Sale

Designed by Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera, the DB5 has a light-alloy body built to the Superleggera patent technique, a live rear axle and disc brakes on all four wheels. The very first cars kept the David Brown four-speed gearbox before the ZF unit took over. Aston Martin built 1,059 DB5s from 1963 to 1965, including 123 convertibles and 13 shooting brakes.

The DB5 was built at Newport Pagnell, and its DB initials are those of David Brown, who built up the company from 1947 onwards.
