This McLaren P1 GTR has been converted for road use by Lanzante and is registered on Swedish plates. Autoropa offers it at Arlöv, near Malmö, in Sweden, as a new car with delivery mileage, 300 km by the dealer's count. McLaren showed the P1 GTR at Pebble Beach in 2014, fifty years after its first racing car and in the line of the F1 GTR that won Le Mans in 1995, and built 58 of them.
The GTR is the track version of the P1. It uses the 3.8-litre M838TQ twin-turbocharged V8 with an electric motor, the road car's IPAS hybrid system raised to 1,000 PS combined, fifty more than the P1, with a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox driving the rear wheels. McLaren fitted fixed suspension 50 mm lower on race springs, slick tyres, a fixed rear wing and a front splitter, for ten per cent more downforce and 50 kg less than the road car.
McLaren sold the GTR only to P1 owners, with a driving programme at circuits rather than as a road car, and Lanzante, the British specialist, has since converted a handful back to the road. This one is finished in McLaren Track Silver metallic with a full black Alcantara interior and light grey stitching, exposed high-gloss carbon fibre inside and out, and black wheels.

FAQ
At €2,995,000, it sits above the median of €254,850 for the 192 McLaren advertised in Europe in 2026. 99% of them are advertised for less. Asking prices are not transaction prices, and specification differences explain much of the spread.
The car is located in Arlöv, Sweden. The dealer quotes it as: Price excluding VAT, VAT deductible for export sales. Cross-border purchase is normal for this kind of car, but the documentation, the certificate of conformity, transport and the registration rules of the destination country all have to be settled with the selling dealer first.
McLaren's reported price for the P1 GTR when new was £1,980,000 in the United Kingdom, about €2,309,846 at the indicative LUSSO rate of 28 August 2026, sold only to P1 owners together with a track programme; the tax basis of that figure is not documented. This car is advertised at €2,995,000 excluding VAT, and the Lanzante road conversion is not part of that base price, so no percentage is given between a net amount and one of unknown basis. A list price says nothing about what the car is worth today.
300 km recorded, against a median of 6,175 km across the McLaren advertised in Europe in 2026. It is therefore among the lower-mileage cars currently listed. Service records and ownership details should be checked against the documents held by the selling dealer.
a 2020 car in Germany at €2,940,500, and a 2015 car in the United Kingdom at €2,749,469. Observed in 2026. Comparing them means putting model year, mileage, factory options and the VAT basis side by side before the price itself.
