This 2022 Ferrari Portofino M is the 2020 revision of the Portofino, the convertible that replaced the California T; the M stands for modificata. Its 3,855 cc twin-turbocharged V8 of the F154 family gained twenty horsepower in the process and now develops 620 PS (456 kW) at 7,500 rpm, and the seven-speed gearbox gave way to the eight-speed Magna 8DCL900 dual-clutch unit. The body is built in aluminium alloy, and a folding hard top turns the car into a coupé with the roof up.
The car offered by VIP Motors in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is a Japanese-specification, left-hand-drive example with 1,650 km, described by the dealer as fully optioned and in excellent condition. It is finished in red, with Scuderia Ferrari shields on the front wings, two-tone five-spoke wheels in grey and polished metal, and red brake calipers over carbon-ceramic discs.
The cabin is red throughout, on the seats, the doors, the dashboard and the carpets, with a carbon-fibre strip on the passenger side carrying the Portofino M script. The driver faces the digital instrument cluster, with a central touchscreen between the front seats. The equipment the dealer ticks on the listing is given below, followed by what the photographs show.
