Morgan Plus 4 for Sale

The front suspension is a sliding pillar, a design Morgan has used since 1910 and no other maker still fits: the wheel moves up and down a vertical post rather than on wishbones. The steel chassis carries an ash frame under aluminium panels.

Morgan builds its cars at Malvern Link in Worcestershire, in the same works since 1919, and the body frame is still made of ash: not for the look of it, but because the marque has never changed the method.
