The Ferrari 812 GTS uses the 6,496 cc naturally aspirated V12, the largest and most powerful atmospheric engine Ferrari has put in a road car, rated at 800 PS (588 kW) at 8,500 rpm and 718 Nm, with a seven-speed F1 dual-clutch gearbox driving the rear wheels. The GTS is the first series-production open front-engined V12 Ferrari since the 365 GTS/4 Daytona Spider of 1969; the retractable hard top folds in fourteen seconds at up to 45 km/h.
