About the Mercedes-Benz CLS 220 d

Mercedes-Benz presented the C 257 at the LA Auto Show on 29 November 2017 as the successor to the 218 series, and sales began in March 2018 with three engines. A first update in 2019 brought a bonnet with two powerdomes and a new spoiler lip with the AMG Line exterior, and a further visual revision followed in 2021.

The C 257 was built at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Sindelfingen, and it could be ordered until August 2023.
