Sold Porsche 911 Cars

Eleven generations since September 1964, each known by its internal code: 901, G-series, 964, 993, 996, 997, 991 and 992. The flat-six has always sat behind the rear axle. The 993 of 1994 to 1998 was the last air-cooled 911; the 996 brought water cooling in 1998, after thirty-four years.

Porsche built the millionth 911 in May 2017. The line has never left the catalogue since 1964, which no other sports car has managed, and the pages below gather every generation on offer rather than one of them.
