One of eight right-hand-drive torque-tube 275 GTBs supplied to Britain, and one of the small number specified with the six-carburettor engine.
Supplied to Maranello Concessionaires in June 1966, it was ordered in Colonel Ronnie Hoare's own favoured combination of Celeste Chiaro Metallizzato over black leather with light carpets, and the history file shows it was supplied for Hoare's personal use: a letter to its first private owner, Raymond Thompson of Sussex, discloses the sale as that of Hoare's own car. Thompson kept it a year before placing it back with Maranello Concessionaires in November 1967; it changed hands in February 1968 and was written up in Autocar that August.
The torque tube was a mid-production engineering change introduced in 1966, enclosing the driveshaft to reduce the vibration and drivetrain flex of the earlier cars; it worked well enough to become standard on the four-cam. Neil Twyman restored the car in 2013. It is Ferrari Classiche certified with comprehensive documented history, shows 19,600 miles, and is right-hand drive and manual.
This 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB 6C Torque Tube shows 31,543 km. It is powered by a Six-carburettor specification engine. It is equipped with a manual transmission. The car is finished in Celeste Chiaro Metallizzato, retained from new with a Black leather with light carpets interior.

DK Engineering, a professional dealer in Chorleywood, United Kingdom. LUSSO lists the car and passes enquiries to that dealer; the inspection, the negotiation, the invoice and the transfer of ownership all take place directly between the buyer and the dealer. LUSSO does not hold stock, take deposits or act as an intermediary in payment.
The car is at Chorleywood, United Kingdom, and an inspection is arranged with the selling dealer. Buyers based in another country commonly appoint an independent inspector or a marque specialist rather than travel. Ask the dealer for the service record, the number of previous owners and any accident history: LUSSO does not publish these and cannot confirm them.
LUSSO republishes what the selling dealer advertises, and a car in demand is sometimes reserved or sold before the dealer updates its own site. Confirm current availability with DK Engineering before travelling or committing funds. An enquiry sent from this page reaches that dealer directly.
