This long-nose series joins engine and transaxle with a torque tube on an oval-tube ladder frame, with double wishbones at all four wheels. Its lower, longer nose has a smaller intake, and the all-aluminium body was an extra-cost factory option. A larger rear window improves visibility, and relocated fuel tanks and spare wheel free more luggage space.
Pininfarina designed it and Scaglietti built it in Modena. Of 442 road-going 275 GTBs, 206 were long-nose cars.
The available examples cover model years 1965 to 1967.
