About the BMW i7

The i7 sits on the modified CLAR platform shared with the combustion 7 Series, built in a single wheelbase that exceeds the former long version. With a drag coefficient of 0.24 it is the most slippery car of the range, and its battery charges at up to 195 kW on direct current, for a WLTP range of 590 to 625 km. The doors open and close electrically at the press of a button, the kidney grille frame can be lit, and a screen of just over 31 inches can be ordered for the rear seats.

BMW unveiled the G70 on 20 April 2022 and began production at Dingolfing on 1 July 2022. The i7 xDrive60 was the first version offered in Europe, from November 2022, and the first fully electric 7 Series.
