About the Porsche 928 S4

The doors, front wings and bonnet are aluminium, and ABS had been standard on the 928 since 1986. The S4 brought a rounded front with air intakes and brake cooling openings, wide flush rear lights and a black rear spoiler, lowering the drag coefficient to 0.34.

The S4 arrived in the second half of 1986 as a 1987 model and was sold with the manual gearbox until 1989, after which it came only as an automatic; Porsche built 61,056 examples of the 928 at Zuffenhausen.
