Porsche 906 for Sale

Two hundred and ten horsepower moving 580 kg is the whole argument of the car: the body is glass fibre laid by hand over a tubular frame, the doors open upward, and the suspension came from the 904 before Formula One parts replaced it on the later cars.

Porsche built 65 of them in 1966, fifteen more than the fifty the FIA demanded for homologation, and the 906 won every two-litre class of that year's World Sportscar Championship. It was the first Porsche racing car designed with the wind tunnel in mind.
