About the BMW i4 M50

The i4 uses the body of the G26 4 Series Gran Coupé, with a lithium-ion battery of 83.9 kWh under the floor that accepts up to 200 kW of direct-current charging. The M50 was the first fully electric car from BMW M.

BMW revealed the production i4 in March 2021, began selling it in November 2021 and builds it in Munich, where some 200 million euros were invested for it. A revised version arrived in 2024.
