About the Porsche 911 Carrera S

The 992 body is wider than the 991 at both ends, mixes aluminium and steel, and carries the same track front and rear for the first time on a rear-drive 911. The 992 was the first 911 with Wet mode, which listens for water thrown into the wheel arches and softens the throttle and the stability control before the driver asks.
