About DK Engineering

DK Engineering is a Ferrari specialist at Little Green Street Farm in Chorleywood, Hertfordshire, a mile from Junction 18 of the M25. The company was founded in 1977 by David and Kate Cottingham, whose initials it carries, and grew out of David Cottingham's work restoring and racing XK Jaguars in the 1960s; it moved from Northwood to Watford in 1984 and to its present rural site thereafter, and remains under the same family.

The business is built around historic Ferraris and the cars that raced alongside them. DK has maintained more than 3,000 vehicles, restored over 150 historically significant cars and sold more than 1,300, and its workshops cover everything from routine servicing of contemporary models to competition preparation and turn-key restoration. Establishing and evidencing the provenance of a particular car is a stated speciality, and much of the stock is documented chassis by chassis.

The inventory listed on LUSSO spans road and competition cars: Ferraris from the 1950s to the current range, Jaguar E-types including factory Lightweights, AC, Porsche, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and single-seat and sports-racing cars. Prices are published in pounds sterling and a number of the rarest cars are offered on application. Viewings at DK Engineering are strictly by appointment.
